The National Commodity Clearing Limited (NCCL) on August 19, 2026, notified of the Migration of the File Upload Facility for Reporting of client collateral segregation data by clearing members from Member Extranet to Web NCFE.
NCCL has partially modified Circular No. NCCL/INSPECTION-005/2026 dated April 28, 2026 on “Master Circular – Inspection” and informed Clearing Members that the facility for uploading client collateral segregation data is being migrated from Member Extranet to Web NCFE. Effective August 25, 2026, the file-upload facility for client collateral segregation data will no longer be available on Member Extranet, and Clearing Members must upload the files exclusively through Web NCFE. Members are required to log in using their existing NCFE credentials and navigate through Compliance → NCCL Compliance Module → Member File Upload.
Under the specified upload process, members must select the module “COLLATERALUPLOAD” and upload the file using the prescribed nomenclature “PANOFCM_DDMMYYYY_Batch No.zip” (e.g., XXXXX0000X_18082026_01.zip). After uploading, members must verify the upload status. Where records fail, the Error File is to be downloaded, and the existing correction/re-upload process followed, with the batch number changed.
